CBRE’s Tom O’Loughlin, Larry Genet Negotiate 64,000-SF Office Tenant At Saint Lucie Technology Campus

CBRE Senior Vice Presidents Tom O’Loughlin and Larry Genet negotiated an expansion on behalf of Saint Lucie Technology Campus, a corporate headquarters-style office/call center located at 8881 S. US Highway 1 in Port Saint Lucie.

Ft. Lauderdale-based Convey Health Solutions, a healthcare technology and services company represented by Ryan Nunes, Executive Vice President and National Director with JLL, will relocate staff to occupy the entire building.

“Our team was grateful to have been selected to market Saint Lucie Technology Campus, a two-building master planned project,” commented O’Loughlin. “Ownership understood our team’s capability in marketing the property to both local and national tenants. We were able to secure a single-tenant that greatly reduced our ownership’s transaction expense while maintaining the buildings maximum value. This is the fourth largest single tenant corporate call center building the team has successfully leased in the last 18 months.”

The 64,000-square-foot Saint Lucie Technology Campus features a 9,852-square-foot warehouse and production area with dock high loading, as well as expansive parking and 600 feet of linear frontage on Highway US 1 (Federal Highway) with a direct turn-in lane from both directions, according to a property flyer.

“Convey Health Solutions chose to relocate one of its existing facilities to support the continued growth of the business,” said Nunes. “As we evaluated the landscape of potential office space alternatives, Saint Lucie Technology Campus provided an effective plug-and-play solution to ensure a seamless transition of operations while solving the client’s long-term needs.”

In December 2017, Nunes arranged for the expansion of Convey Health Solutions in downtown Fort Lauderdale, where the tech-oriented health company leased 33,360 square feet at One Financial Center, tripling its 11,000-square-foot footprint. The deal marked Downtown Fort Lauderdale’s largest headquarters lease of 2017.
