CBRE’s Tom O’Loughlin And Larry Genet Expand Team

CBRE Senior Vice President Tom O’Loughlin and Vice President Larry Genet welcome Yuri J. Quispe to their team.

Quispe brings extensive experience in representing industrial and office tenants and landlords, both corporate and private in nature. He was most recently with Americas Commercial Real Estate Group in Miami focusing on business development across South Florida.

The CBRE team focuses mainly on sales and leasing of industrial, flex, call center and office properties across South Florida with a concentration on landlord representation.

“After experiencing significant portfolio growth and as the market continues to tighten, we quickly realized we needed another resource that is going to focus on turning up additional opportunities for our existing clients,” explained O’Loughlin. “His sole focus, along with Genet, will be to continue our strategy of proactively filing our portfolio vacancies and finding off-market transactions.”
