CBRE Senior Vice President Tom O’Loughlin and First Vice President Larry Genet negotiated a lease on behalf of landlord Clarion Partners to a new-to-market tenant at Meridian At Weston, a cross dock, Class A distribution center located at 3245 Meridian Parkway in Weston, Florida.
Newport Beach, California-based USL Cargo Services, represented by Luis Marquez, SIOR, Director with Casal Group, will occupy the entire 232,000-square-foot building.
USL Cargo Services was formed in January 2015 as a world class provider of integrated global logistics solutions. It is a strategic partnership between USL Logistics LLC and Cargo Services Far East Limited, headquartered in Hong Kong.
