Sunair, an electronic parts supplier, will occupy a 32,000-square-foot end cap space at 3101-3199 SW 42 Street in Hollywood. The space features approximately 7,200 square feet of office space along with 4 dock doors, 1 drive-in ramp, 24’ clear ceiling heights, , according to a CBRE property flyer.
O’Loughlin and Genet represented Prologis, the landlord, in the lease transaction and were the sole brokers in the transaction.
This state-of-the-art distribution facility is conveniently located in the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood area, with convenient access to I-95, I-595, Florida’s Turnpike and Port Everglades.
The lease deal brings the Port 95 Prologis buildings, which total 1.3 million square feet, to 100% occupied.
Lagaci Clothing has signed on for 20,000 square feet at Lakeview Center, located at 2201 Stirling Road in Dania Beach, the second largest space in the entire 210,000-square-foot project.The 100% air-conditioned space features 3,000 SF of office space, 20’ clear ceiling height, and 3 dock-high doors, according to the property flyer.
In a second deal at Lakeview Center, at 2349 Stirling Road, O’Loughlin and Genet represented GLP in a 15,295-square-foot lease deal with Modus Miami, a high-end interior design studio and home furnishings retailer. The space was recently vacated by a 15-year tenant that outgrew the space. CBRE project management, property management, alongside O’Loughlin and Genet, executed a make-ready renovation plan which resulted in a quick re-leasing of the space.
