CBRE Senior Vice Presidents Tom O’Loughlin and Larry Genet arranged a 124,280-square-foot lease deal on behalf of Propulsion Technologies International, LLC, an aircraft maintenance company, at 15301 SW 29 Street in Miramar, within Miramar Centre Business Park.
“This lease renewal cements our team’s ability to deliver quality tenants to South Florida owners” commented Genet. “Not only are we a dominant agency team in the market but this is the third Fortune 500 tenant we have placed in the Heitman Portfolio in under two years, two of which were over 100,000 square feet.”
CBRE Senior Vice President Larry Dinner represented the landlord, Heitman, in the lease renewal and was instrumental in getting the parties to agree on terms. Dinner represents over 2 million square feet of Class A warehouses in Broward County.
Propulsion Technologies, an entity owned by a joint venture between GE Aviation and Safran, will continue to occupy Building D in its entirety. The 2006-built facility features 24’ clear heights and 26 docks.
