Wholesale apparel distributor TSF Sportswear will significantly expand its facilities as it moves into a new headquarters in Pompano Beach.
Bridge Development Partners said the company leased 172,927 square feet to fully occupy the first building of its Bridge Point Powerline Road project at 1951 N. Powerline Road.
TSF Sportswear will relocate from a 101,000-square-foot space at 1501 W. Copans Road.
The landlord was represented by Tony Hoover of CBRE.
“TSF had outgrown its existing headquarters but wanted to remain in Pompano Beach to maintain its employee base,” Hoover said. “Bridge Development was the only developer that could offer an expansive 170,000+-square-foot floor plate. TSF’s new modern facility allows for future growth and is sure to deliver efficiencies to their supply chain, thanks to a prime distribution location midway between the Florida Turnpike and I-95.”
TSF Sportswear is a wholesaler of T-shirts, sweatshirts, hats and other apparel from brands such as American Apparel, Badger Sport, Dickies, Outdoor by Hilton, Sierra Pacific, Van Heusen and Whispering Pines.
The three buildings of Bridge Point Powerline Road should be delivered in the third quarter of 2019. The project will total 467,832 square feet.
