Bridge Development Partners announced the $10.4 million acquisition of a 12-acre industrial site located at the intersection of I-95 and Broward Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. The company will break ground next month on Bridge Point Riverbend, a modern, 221,542-square-foot industrial building scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2018.

Since entering the South Florida market in 2012, Bridge Development has delivered approximately 2 million square feet of Class-A industrial space.
Located at 2201 West Broward Boulevard, Bridge Point Riverbend will feature 32’ clear ceiling heights, rear-dock loading, ESFR sprinkler systems, a 1.4/1,000 parking ratio and the flexibility to accommodate tenants from 40,000 square feet.
