The tenant, Interline Brands, a division of Home Depot, leased 46,800 square feet in Building H, located at 2012 NW 25th Street in Pompano Beach, Florida.
Interline Brands, Inc., headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, is one of the largest wholesale distributors and direct marketers of maintenance, repair and operations products for non-industrial businesses in the United States.
