CBRE Welcomes 46,800 SF Tenant To Pompano Business Center

CBRE Senior Vice President Tom O’Loughlin and First Vice President Larry Genet negotiated a lease on behalf of Clarion Partners at Pompano Business Center in Pompano Beach, FL. The tenant, Interline Brands, a division of Home Depot, leased 46,800 square feet in Building H, located at 2012 NW 25th Street in Pompano Beach, Florida.

Interline Brands, Inc., headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, is one of the largest wholesale distributors and direct marketers of maintenance, repair and operations products for non-industrial businesses in the United States.

“Clarion’s proactive ownership and management program helped solidify the deal,” commented O’Loughlin. “We are thrilled that Interline Brands is going to call Pompano Business Center home.”

The Class A building features ±24’ clear height with 18 dock high doors and 1 double-wide drive-in ramp, according to a property flyer.

Owner Clarion Partners Industrial Group manages a portfolio with over 600 properties, consisting of almost 120 million square feet and currently valued at more than $10 billion, located in approximately 43 markets across the United States, Mexico and Brazil.
