CBRE Negotiates Sale Of Class A Industrial/Flex Building In Tamarac

CBRE Senior Vice President Tom O’Loughlin, First Vice President Larry Genet and Senior Vice President David J. Wigoda, SIOR negotiated the sale of Tamarac Corporate Headquarters, a ±46,704 sq. ft. Class A industrial/flex building located at 6401 Nob Hill Road in Tamarac.

Nash Buildings, LTD purchased the ±46,704-square-foot property, which closed on September 17, 2018, for $7,250,000.

The Seller, New Jersey-based DeraPropertiesFL, LLC, was represented by O’Loughlin, Genet and Wigoda. The buyer was represented by Luis Marquez, Senior Director at Casal Group. The transaction closed on September 17, 2018.

“Our team successfully closed this transaction with virtually no downtime for previous ownership,” said Genet. “We were able to identify an owner-user who needed immediate occupancy and could close very quickly, thus preventing our client from experiencing any downtime. It was a win-win for both parties, the new owner plans to relocate their business to the facility.”

The property was recently occupied by Toshiba Business Solutions. Located just north of Commercial Boulevard on Nob Hill Road, Tamarac Corporate Headquarters is in an ideal location for businesses looking to service the tri-county market. The building features excellent loading capabilities, high-end exteriors and interiors, impact glass as well as a 100% climate controlled warehouse.
